CARA was a partner of SOLUTRANS 2019 at Eurexpo from 19 to 23 November. This exhibition was an opportunity to meet road and urban transport professionals.
CARA contributed to the success of the show with 3 stands.
THE COLLECTIVE STAND OF COMPANIES :
Nine members were present on the co-exhibitors’ stand:
THE INNOVATIVE MOBILITY BY CARA STAND:
The IMC stand was at the heart of the SOLUTRANS 4.0 innovation hall. A 500 m² stand, with an exhibition of 35 projects labelled CARA since 2015, showed the extent of the subjects dealt with within our cluster.
Innovative Mobility by CARA had the honour of welcoming Anne-Marie Idrac (High Representative for the Development of Autonomous Vehicles), to whom we handed over the results of the work carried out by the France Véhicule Autonome working group.
In addition, the 3 conferences organized by CARA within Solutrans 4.0 enabled the 70 or so participants to exchange views on the issues involved:
Autonomous Vehicle: what horizons for freight transport?
The law of orientation for mobility: what prospects?
Low Emission Zones: what are the implementation modalities?
THE CAMPUS STAND :
This stand was an opportunity to present the future Campus des Métiers et Qualifications Auto’Mobilités, supported by CARA and the Lycée Aragon Picasso de Givors, and which will be labelled soon.
