The first is the Campus des M\u00e9tiers et des Qualifications Auto&rsquo;mobilit\u00e9s. \r\nThe second is the experimentation of the Employment-Skills Platforms. \r\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div development, technological and sociological changes, and a competitive market, the Auto\u2019Mobilit\u00e9s campus relies on clear objectives:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wrapper-content class=\"wrapper-content block-paragraph\">\n<p>The diversity of the sector\u2019s professions is such that some companies have difficulty recruiting people with the skills and training needed to develop, while others need to upgrade the skills of some of their employees to adapt to changes in the sector, such as the digitalization of production tools and manufactured products.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wrapper-content block-paragraph\">\n<p>In order to respond to this ambiguity, which is characteristic of the sector\u2019s professions, an experiment is being carried out as part of the PIA ACE project in specific employment areas:&nbsp;<strong>the Employment-Skills Platforms.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wrapper-content block-paragraph\">\n<p><strong>It is being implemented jointly by the Arthur Hunt Group and CARA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wrapper-content block-paragraph\">\n<p>Its objective is to promote skills mobility in an employment area by identifying the obstacles and the ways they can be overcome, and thus help companies recruit the employees they need, and support candidates in their job search.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wrapper-content block-paragraph\">\n<p>In 2020, 3 Employment-Skills platforms were created in the Bourg en Bresse, Ard\u00e8che Nord and Rh\u00f4ne Nord
