Algoé’s consultants provide project owners of large-scale projects with proven project management and execution tools and methods to ensure control over all the processes critical to a project’s success and to facilitate decision-making. In particular, they assist in structuring, organizing, and evaluating projects led by local development stakeholders. • Public policy management: This encompasses all types of engagement with public decision-makers responsible for implementing policies at the national or local levels. In this context, our services focus on supporting the implementation of a policy or initiative, the design and evaluation of policies, and personalized support for decision-makers. Our areas of expertise include, in particular, the economy, social issues, employment, training, and urban planning. • Organizational performance and transformation through organizational audits and change initiatives: establishing appropriate organizational structures, improving day-to-day efficiency, and results-based performance management… Our approach leads us to prioritize participatory, project-based initiatives. • Human resources and employment management, to support the implementation of job and skills management systems and facilitate employees’ career advancement or retention.
