HOGGAR Solution, an engineering design and consultancy firm, draws its capacity for innovation from multi-product and multi-sector experience. Since 2000, we have been supporting our customers in their industrial product and production resources projects.

Since 2014, the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research has recognised our R&D skills, enabling our customers to benefit from the Research Tax Credit and the Innovation Tax Credit.

INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS
– Design: analysis and research to bring your product to life. Rough design: ideas including technical and aesthetic details, materials, construction and assembly.
– Research and development: complex surface modelling from sketches, technical innovation, expertise in the design and development of high added-value products, detailed drawings, etc.
– Prototyping: functional prototypes incorporating all the functionalities of the specifications, assembly of good material parts and/or 3D prints (sintering, stereolithography, High Definition 3D printing, etc.)
– Industrialisation: production in France or low-cost sourcing of your product with integration of peripheral operations such as assembly, marking, decoration, etc.

PRODUCTION RESOURCES – TOOLING :
– Design and development: functional specifications, preliminary design, design, calculation notes, etc.
– Reverse engineering: we work on site to take measurements of existing components and rebuild the existing equipment in CAD.
– Production: assembly and fine-tuning are carried out in-house in our workshop.
– Type of equipment: fitting and inspection tools, test bench, automated or manual assembly station, station optimisation, grippers, etc.
