PUNCH Powerglide benefits from more than 50 years of expertise in the design, development and production of automatic transmissions. PUNCH Powerglide’s product portfolio includes reducers for eAxles and high-precision mechanical components (gears & shafts, housings) for the automotive sector. Its Technical Center also provides engineering services in the areas of testing, software programming, calibration and NVH analysis.
The company was founded in 1967 as General Motors Strasbourg, and now employs more than 700 people with a turnover of close to 500 M€.
PUNCH Hydrocells (based in Turin) is an automotive engineering company with more than twenty years’ experience in developing (diesel) engines and control systems. PUNCH Hydrocells is now building on that heritage to provide answers to overcome environmental challenges.
PUNCH Hydrocells benefits from highly skilled experts across several specialized fields and can thus cover the entire value-chain of the hydrogen ecosystem, incorporating: Production, Storage and Distribution, Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engines.
