The Aix-les-Bains Boat Company

Created in 1977, the Compagnie des Bateaux d’Aix-les-Bains gradually expanded on Lac du Bourget and then on the Canal de Savière and the Haut-Rhône.
The company was taken over in June 2010 by Tourisme Participation, a company majority-owned by Philippe Gausset, the current Chairman of Compagnie des Bateaux.
Today, Compagnie des Bateaux du Lac du Bourget et du Haut-Rhône is a benchmark in the boating industry.
With a fleet of 6 boats, from 75 to 150 places, and a team of professionals ready to listen to passengers, the Company offers different types of exceptional cruises, for individuals (weddings, birthdays, etc.) or professionals (seminars, events, etc.), by the day or evening.
All year round, the company offers more than 70,000 visitors a chance to discover France’s largest natural lake and all its treasures on cruises for a stroll, a restaurant or a private cruise.
